Vision Brunnshög – a mixed neighbourhood with workplaces and making
Together with the Lund Municipality,we have developed a vision for how central Brunnshög could be regenerated into a mixed vibrant urban environment. To create an intensive, active mix of uses with quality urban experiences, we’ve explored possibilities of integrating research, office spaces, co-working, production and creation, and new forms of experimental housing. The concept, focusing on long-term flexibility, has been informed by aspirational economic models and forward-looking property development. The vision presents an urban community that accommodates inclusive workplaces of various scales fit for entrepreneurs as well as start-ups, alongside daily city life and local meeting places to enjoy.
