Including the research institutions ESS and MaxVI by the Science Village, the area is a source of urban innovation towards a smarter and more sustainable society. How can we expand on the existing visions to attract long-term commercial enterprises?<br \/>\nWe can still only imagine where and how will we work when the pandemic is over, but one thing is clear. Flexibility will be essential. But what kinds of new economic models for sustainability will there be and what will an inclusive workplace cluster look like in the future? We begin our conceptual work with a step inside the garage workshop to closely investigate industrial buildings and sheds as an established architectural typology.
