The area will be transformed into a mixed neighbourhood where housing, commercial facilities and public spaces will create a vibrant urban environment for the residents as well as visitors of Kista.<br \/>\nKjellander Sj\u00f6berg has designed a residential scheme together with SKB (Stockholm housing co-operative). Within a walking distance from the underground station, a total of 163 rental units ranging from one to six room apartments will be delivered across three interlinked building volumes, 4 to 8 storeys high, providing office and retail spaces on the ground floor facing Torshamnsgatan and Borgarfjordsgatan.<br \/>\nThe project puts emphasis on delivering high quality new homes. The main feature of the overall design is choosing premium materials, creating excellent living standards both indoors and outdoors sustainable in the long term.
