Kjellander Sj\u00f6berg, in collaboration with Wallin Bostad, has submitted the first planning application for Phase 1 of a major development that will deliver 8,000 new homes, a 25-hectare park and two new underground stations. Sales are expected to launch in autumn 2026, with construction scheduled to begin around the turn of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The residential scheme Margo comprises 110 homes across seven building volumes, each with its own distinct character. By combining geometric patterns with a calm colour palette, the design creates a visual balance between order and spontaneity. Margo draws its identity from the meeting of the urban and the natural.
