The new facade is to be built from reused old bricks of different sizes and colours, combined into a vibrant modern pattern whilst paying tribute to the industrial heritage of the area.

Illustration of our winning proposal for a new residential block in Trelleborg. The point of departure are the local qualities of a smaller town with intimate urban spaces, smaller scale, and attention to detail.

?The southern façade seen to the left of the photo will acts as a vibrant and illuminated backdrop for the new local square, creating a new entrance to the Magnolia complex.
