Something Beyond the Given, Arkitekten

Kjellander Sjöberg is celebrating ten years of existence! KS has designed many residential projects during those years. KS has focused on contemporary demands and altered the image of Swedish residential architecture and ideas of functionalism. “Experience is also a function,” they conclude.

Tomas Lauri met with the owners Ola Kjellander, Stefan Sjöberg and Mi Inkinen to talk about their process, broader context of architecture, the current housing situation and its function, articulation and materiality.

A Spectacular Apartment Building in Liljeholmen, Byggindustrin

Kjellander Sjöberg has created a new spectacular apartment building in Liljeholmen in Stockholm. The building is located close to Liljeholmsbron, in Stora Katrineberg. The proximity to the water and views over Hornstull are some of the unique qualities of the location.
