Mi Inkinen brings a wealth of project based and corporate experience. She is responsible for the strategic planning and operational management of the office, shaping the strategic evolution of the practice through her extensive industry knowledge and company insight. Mi works across the business with oversight of all commercial aspects including project management & financial support, resourcing, quality assurance, and contract administration. She is central to nurturing wellbeing in productive and inclusive studios, providing effective leadership built on progressive forward-thinking policies. Mi also leads the development of the practice’s sustainability and regenerative design strategy including internal training, independent research and external advocacy.
Mi studied Architecture at the Royal Institute of Art and the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and Edinburgh College of Art in the UK.
