Stefan Sjöberg creates public architecture and urban spaces which improve the quality of life for local communities by championing innovation, regenerative systems, and contextual narratives. Recognised for his experience in synthesising complex user and stakeholder needs in a sensitive and collaborative way, Stefan leads residential, mixed-use and masterplan projects across scales to deliver award-winning homes, workplaces, transformational re-use schemes and extensive urban places. Heading the practice’s international outreach, Stefan also spearheads the London studio.
Stefan trained as an architect at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and the University of Oregon in the USA. A proponent of the evolving built environment discourse, he is a frequent speaker at public lectures and debates, and has exhibited test-bed research at the Venice Architecture Biennale and Malmö Form Design Center.
