KS’s winning proposal for Elinelund!
We have, in collaboration with Veidekke Eiendom, won the land transfer competition in respect of Höbalen 2 plot in Elinelund in southern Malmö. The proposed residential scheme will become a beautiful addition to the neighbourhood, comprising three timber frame residential buildings forming a sheltered courtyard with play in its foundation for everyone to meet in.

An integrated urban fabric with new connections.

Varied streetscape is formed by buildings, greenery and natural formations complementing the fronts. The dramatic topography and well-considered preservation concept have created an adaptable and organic urban fabric.

An integrated urban fabric with new connections.

The proposed master plan establishes new connections and pathways that will integrate Stora Sköndal into the surrounding urban fabric. Both existing and new destinations are interlinked to achieve an enhanced sustainable mobility.

Axonometric drawings are a powerful tool for understanding broader context of a project and seeing its connections to surroundings.
The axonometric freehand sketch represents an ongoing urban development in Stockholm next to an existing marina.

The design is based on a series of stacked, vertically displaced cubes, creating a distinctive silhouette with added depth. The scheme appears visually striking when seen from a distance as well as from up close.

When you take a stroll around Kungsholmen in Stockholm, make sure to pass our residential infill Etaget.
The façade articulation combines three types of brick with sheet metal into a rich mix of materials with lightness and variety.

The new facade is to be built from reused old bricks of different sizes and colours, combined into a vibrant modern pattern whilst paying tribute to the industrial heritage of the area.

Magnolia Restaurant .03

Magnolia restaurant is due to open later this year.
The southern façade seen to the left of the photo will acts as a vibrant and illuminated backdrop for the new local square, creating a new entrance to the Magnolia complex.
