Villa VY 01:
This private villa was designed to provide a broad palette of rooms for joint activities; spaces with various levels of privacy and flexibility. The ground floor comprises a kitchen and a lounge area, bedrooms and a common area are located on the first floor and the top floor offers a spacious terrace with a smaller social space with a panoramic view.

Plan #1
Monoliten is a residential city block located in the urban regeneration area of Telefonplan in Stockholm. The overall form is based on a robust black cube with its corners folded out to form large bay windows, adding a distinct character and expression to the street. The project was completed in 2015 and comprises 107 apartments varying in size.

Villa VY:
This private villa in Stockholm is situated on a hilltop surrounded by pine trees. The point of departure was to incorporate beautiful vistas into the design, such as the valley view towards the water, the forest view towards the west and to the green gardens.

The Forests of Venice, pavilion model:
This scale model takes us back to 2016 and our contribution to the Venice Biennale of Architecture. We organized an exhibition consisting of an outdoor wooden pavilion inspired by a glade in a forest and an exhibition investigating Venice’s success as a hybrid between city and nature.

It might be rather difficult to imagine but in a couple of years, it will become a part of a new vibrant area in central Malmö.

Although somewhat damaged, the former foundry in the Kockums wharf area in Malmö has retained its beautiful old brickwork and unique window openings, preserved in a good shape when seen from the other side.
There is a huge potential in this former manufacturing place. A potential of transforming it into something new without losing anything it once possessed.

The roadside restaurant we designed for Jureskogs opened last week and we are thrilled to see first guests arriving.
?The main ambition was to create a sustainable building of high architectural quality which resulted in a welcoming place employing natural materials both on the inside and outside.”

The central space of the office is defined by the plywood shelves where we show and store our models. Here we can be creative, have workshops and meetings, host public lectures….and occasionally play ping-pong.

Magnolia Restaurant .02

The restaurant is designed to allow for different kinds of seasonal events where movable glass partitions can be opened towards the square during summer. It is a space where the function can change and develop over time

Magnolia Restaurant .01

The restaurant is an extension to an existing elderly care home complex; Magnolia.
It is laid out to work as a communal space with a canteen and a bar, with an adjacent new entrance to the restaurant and the Magnolia complex.

We are currently working with multiple projects where buildings are transformed and given a new purpose by conscious changes. Using the already existing built environment is one way to work for a sustainable future.

Faaborg .02
?The coastal defence methods are designed in five different ways based on the diverse characters of the town, activating its coastline. The Sundrännan culvert is to be restored into an open channel where water can be regulated whilst recreating the original character of the landscape; a former peninsula in the southern archipelago of Funen.

Faaborg .01
Faaborg is a coastal town located on the island of Funen in southern Denmark, one of the oldest trading cities in the country. Being fully exposed to the sea, threatened by the rising sea levels and extreme rainfall, Faaborg needs to immediately secure its port area. Our proposal protects the medieval city centre with various innovative types of coastal defence techniques.

Last year ended with the completion of our beautiful restaurant Magnolia in Stora Sköndal. ?The building: characterised by its timber frame, copper cladding and high ceiling, is planned to open to the public later this year.
