Bright, generous, efficient layouts
Great care has been taken to provide beautiful, bright apartments with excellent layouts and good daylight conditions, whilst meeting the requirement for optimised, efficient floor plans. The 79 homes, which reflect the project’s exterior urban expression and feel, are offered in four categories – Studios, Mini-Suites, Suites and Penthouses.
The project is a result of a close collaborative process between the developer Fokus Nordic, Stockholm City Council and Kjellander Sjöberg; from the idea and planning phases through to completion, including interior design of all private and communal areas.
