Brunnshög
Kjellander Sjöberg, together with the Lund Municipality, has developed a vision for how central Brunnshög could be regenerated into a mixed vibrant urban environment. How do we want to work in the future? In what kind of context? Is there a difference between animated commercial clusters for work, innovation and collaboration, and the inclusive and social neighbourhoods where we want to live?
To create an intensive, active mix of uses with quality urban experiences, KS explored possibilities of integrating research, office spaces, co-working, production and creation, and new forms of experimental housing. The concept, focusing on long-term flexibility, has been informed by aspirational economic models and forward-looking property development. The vision presents an urban community that accommodates inclusive workplaces of various scales fit for entrepreneurs as well as start-ups, alongside daily city life and local meeting places to enjoy.
